OverviewIn a mixed Microsoft Exchange Server environment, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is not accessible from the Exchange 2000 System Manager. Additionally, BlackBerry tabs are not available from Blackberry device user mailbox information screens. Adding and Viewing Users Use the Global Address List (GAL) on the Exchange 5.5 Server to add BlackBerry device users. To view BlackBerry device user information, use Exchange Administrator on the Exchange 5.5 Server. In the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Properties window of the BlackBerry Servers object, use the Handheld Manager to view BlackBerry device user information.
