Environment
OverviewIn BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 2.1, the status of a BlackBerry device user is displayed as(<server_name>)Running or(**<server_name>) Initializing, where <server_name> is the name of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. This clearly indicates the BlackBerry device user′s status, as well as indicating to which BlackBerry Enterprise Server the BlackBerry device user has been added. BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 3.5 displays the status of the BlackBerry device user but not the BlackBerry Enterprise Server name. To see both a BlackBerry device user′s status and the name of Blackberry Enterprise Server to which the BlackBerry device user has been added, in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Management console, double-click the BlackBerry device user′s name. |
