For other versions of Microsoft Exchange

Grant the BlackBerry Enterprise Server service account the following permissions:

  • Member of Local Administrators group
  • Member of Domain Users

Cause 2

The Microsoft Exchange mailboxes of the BlackBerry users have been moved to a new Exchange Server.

Run handheldcleanup utility, based on the Exchange mailbox moved.

  • If the BlackBerry device user′s mailbox has been moved, run handheldcleanup -u. For instructions, see KB00140.

The hidden BlackBerry folder in the user′s mailbox has become corrupt

Resolution 4

  1. Remove the user from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
