The following table identifies possible errors in the Status field of BlackBerry Desktop Redirector.

Status	Description
Verifying forwarding address	Desktop Redirector verifies your email address with the BlackBerry® Infrastructure. For more information, see KB00011.
In cradle - email redirection to handheld disabled	You will not receive messages when your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to your computer.
Running	You have successfully set up BlackBerry Desktop Redirector.
**Initializing	You must generate an encryption key.

The following table identifies possible errors in the Status field when you run BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.

Status	Description
*<server name> Initializing*	You need to update the encryption key. The Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) profile attempts to establish a connection to your mailbox.
*<server name*> Initializing	You need to update the encryption key.
*<server name> Running*	You have been added successfully to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
*<server name> In cradle - email redirection to the handheld is disabled*	You will not receive messages when your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to your computer.
