Additional InformationBackgroundAn APB message can be sent to the BlackBerry smartphone for the following reasons:
In most cases, database corruption is the cause. It can be resolved by performing IBM Lotus Domino database maintenance tasks on the affected BlackBerry smartphone user′s mail file. For information on maintenance tasks, see article KB02207. If performing maintenance tasks does not resolve the issue, contact your service provider for further troubleshooting. If the message format or the compression technique is the cause of the APB, your service provider will need a copy of the message for troubleshooting. APB messages are a feature enhancement of BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 2.2.3 and later. |
