Overview

The following table lists error messages that might be encountered using the Nokia 6810, Nokia 6820 or Nokia 6822 with BlackBerry Connect.

Error Message Description

Invalid To: address(es)

Invalid Cc: address(es)

Invalid Bcc: address(es)

An email address is not typed in the required format. The Nokia device verifies the address is properly formatted before sending the message.
Recipient field overflow, last address(es) deleted Adding more recipients when replying to all can exceed the editor buffer size. Addresses that do not fit into the buffer are removed by the Nokia device. See Invalid addresses removed below for more information.
No email address found The user is adding a lookup result to the recipient list or message list but it does not contain an email address.
No details available There are no details, such as an email address, work number, or phone number, available when the user clicks View Details.
Not allowed when SIM memory is used If using only the SIM memory on the device, the user cannot save a contact from the lookup results when the contact contains multiple numbers or an email address. The SIM card does not support saving all fields. Use Phone memory to save the contacts.
Contact name must be defined when saving The user is saving a returned lookup result that does not contain a Name field.

E-Mail message sending failed The failed message is moved to the Outbox folder.

Encryption failure. Connect phone to your computer The encryption key associated with the BlackBerry® account has changed, but the device has not been updated.

Decryption failure. Connect phone to your computer The encryption key associated with the BlackBerry account has changed, but the device has not been updated.
Invalid account settings. Connect phone to your computer The user has BlackBerry account settings on the device, but some of the settings are invalid.
Cannot reply, email address invalid The user is replying to an email address that exceeds the limit of 998 characters. The user is not able to reply to this email address.
Invalid address(es) removed The user is replying to any email address that exceeds the limit of 998 characters.The user is able to reply to the valid email address(es).
Request not completed This error might occur when the user clicks Delete mailbox settings.
Request will be submitted when mailbox enabled The user has BlackBerry account settings on the device, but the mailbox settings are not enabled.

Request will be sent when connection enabled The user does not have BlackBerry account settings on the device, and the Connect to receive web settings is turned off.
