Environment
OverviewRestoring a configuration database after a BlackBerry Enterprise Server shutdown causes some personal information management (PIM) items, such as Memo Pad and Address Book entries, to be duplicated on BlackBerry devices. Users might not be able to update contacts on their handhelds or synchronize with Microsoft Outlook®. This is a previously reported issue that has been escalatedinternally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available. |
