are using, see
KB04989. OverviewWhen opening a sent email message and selecting Reply To All, or if modifying the sent email message and selecting Forward, the email message fails to send. Additionally, the email message appears in the Messages list with a red X beside it. When opening the failed email message, the Message Status field displays the following: Unlisted Message Error WorkaroundWorkaround 1 Set the BlackBerry Internet Service account to save a blind carbon copy (BCC) of all sent email messages in the Messages list on the BlackBerry device. Use the saved copy to forward or reply to all. Note: For instructions, see KB04606. In the Auto BCC field, enter the BlackBerry email address.
