Environment
OverviewWhen you try to forward or reply to an email message from your integrated email account, the email message fails to send, and a red X appears beside it in the Message list. The Message Status field displays the following: Unlisted Message Error CauseThe email message you are trying to forward or reply to is no longer on the messaging server that hosts the integrated email account. ResolutionChange the configuration of your email application to leave a copy of email messages on the messaging server.
