OverviewComplete the following steps before removing the BlackBerry smartphone user from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Additional InformationIf the BlackBerry smartphone user is remote and physical access to the BlackBerry smartphone is not available, data can be removed by using the Erase Data and Disable Handheld command from IT administration section.
