Environment
OverviewWhen attempting to accept or decline a meeting request on the BlackBerry smartphone, a red x will appears in the message list, indicating that the response was not sent successfully. The error Unlisted Message Error is displayed within the failed message. CauseThe meeting request has already been hard deleted within Microsoft Outlook®. Since the original meeting request could not be found, it was not possible to accept or decline it. The following are some examples of how a request might be hard deleted:
