OverviewWhen attempting to send an email message from a Bell® Sympatico™ email account using BlackBerry Unite! software, a red x displays beside the email message with the following failure notice: Desktop program unable to submit message CauseSome Bell Sympatico Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) servers use Transport Layer Security (TLS).
